Alex was so attentive and answered all my questions as well as keeping me informed on their progress and shipping. We had all the necessary tracking information up to the day it arrived. It took me longer to write the review because I had to order the insert bedding to set up my bed. All in all, we love the feel and quality of the linen duvet and it fits our king bed nicely. Appreciate the ribbon on the inside corners to hold the duvet insert in place also. We typically use comforters but this is a lighter weight with a mid-weight non down duvet insert but is still fluffy and cozy. So glad we purchased from your site! It's now on my favorites.
