The skirt is just as described. I ordered a size 4 and fits me well. I had the skirt cut at 34 inches in length since I'm petite.For Reference my waist is 26.5 inches, 5ft tall, 99lbs. I bought a size 2 previously but since I gained get bloated occasionally and recently gained weight I bought the next size. Both size 2 and 4 fit well, but if you have want to feel comfortable, buy a size 4.

Item is just as described and true to size. I ordered the top in a size 0 and the skirt a size 2. For Reference, I'm 5ft tall, chest 32A, waist 26 inches, hip 34 inches. I also had the skirt customized at 34 inches since I like to wear my skirts high waisted. Comfortable and good quality.
